In North America, right now I believe it's Mickie Knuckles. She's become famous for her hardcore matches, some of them against men. :)

Sorry, but Trish Stratus, great though she was, was never a brawler. She participated in at least one street fight in the 7 years she had been a wrestler, but that's about it. I don't think anyone automatically becomes a brawler just by participating in a couple of no-DQ matches.
