    Ya76oo, who is.

  2. The best fighter who ever lived is unquestionably Sugar Ray Robinson.  Muhammad Ali stated that he was the best heavyweight of all time, but even he admitted that Robinson was the best pound for pound fighter of all time and he called him "my idol."  Sugar Ray Leonard also stated that there is no comparison between him and Robinson because Robinson was the best.  If you don't believe me, just look at his record and the other great fighters that he beat.  The amazing thing is that he beat many of them when he was past his prime.  He had great power (over 100 knockouts), great speed, great footwork, great defense, and a great chin (he was only stopped once and it was because of the extreme heat).  He was all-around the closest thing that you'll get to a perfect fighter and he IS the best of all time.

  3. Roy Jones Jr.he made all of his fights look easy he is with out a dought the best fighter I have ever seen There are so many deserving fighters for this title and I could name four or five more guys and be all right with it

  4. take your pick of the super champions of boxing, 1) bob fitzsimmons 1891 middleweight, 1897 heavyweight, 1903 light heavyweight, 2) tommy ryan welterweight 1894, middleweight 1898, 3) terry mcgovern bantamweight 1899, featherweight 1900, 4) mickey walker 1922 welterweight, 1926 middleweight, 5) johnny dundee 1923 featherweight, 1923 junior lightweight, 6) tony canzoneri 1927 featherweight, 1930 lightweight, 1931 junior lightweight, 7) barney ross 1933 lightweight, 1933 junior welterweight, 1934 welterweight, 8) harry jeffra 1937 bantamweight, 1940 featherweight, 9) henry armstrong 1937 featherweight, 1938 welterweight, 1938 lightweight, 10) sugar ray robinson 1946 welterweight, 1951 middleweight, 11) sandy saddler 1948 featherweight, 1949 junior lightweight, 12) carmen basilio 1955 welterweight, 1957 middleweight, 13) carlos ortiz 1959 junior welterweight, 1962 lightweight, 14) emile griffith 1961 welterweight, 1966 middleweight, 15) fighting harada 1962 flyweight, 1965 bantamweight, 16) d**k tiger 1963 middleweight, 1966 light heavyweight, 17) nino benvenuti 1965 junior middleweight, 1967 middleweight, 18) roberto duran 1972 lightweight, 1980 welterweight, 19) wilfred benitez 1976 junior welterweight, 1979 welterweight, 20) sugar ray leonard 1979 welterweight, 1981 junior middleweight, 1987 middleweight, 21) evander holyfield 1988 cruiserweight, 1990 heavyweight, 22) pernell whitaker 1990 lightweight, 1993 welterweight, 23) oscar de la hoya 1997 welterweight, 2002 junior middleweight, 24) bernard hopkins 2001 middleweight, 2006 light heavyweight, 25) floyd mayweather 2002 lightweight, 2006 welterweight, 26) joe calzaghe 2006 super middleweight, 2008 light heavyweight...all these were world undisputed championship titles !!!

  5. There's really no such thing, it's just matter of opinion.

However any arugment made for a fighter being the best ever still has to be backed up by their record, resume, accomplishments etc.

If you asked a 100 boxing historians, experts etc. who the greatest of all time is, Sugar Ray Robinson would get the most votes.

  6. most people would say that it was walker smith jr aka sugar ray robinson  173 - 19 - 6 (108 ko's), former welterweight champ, former 5 times middleweight champ, first winning the title 3 months short of his 30th birthday and held it on and off for almost 10 years, beating (or splitting fights with) carl olsen, jake la motta, carmen basilio, gene fullmer, & rocky graziano.

only the searing heat prevented him from winning the light heavy title as well.

the man could box, punch, ko and opponent while moving backward, had massive stamina and punch resistance and technically sound in all respects.

  7. There is no answer, it is like who is the best football player, baseball player, etc.

You can compare records and discuss their merits, but in the end it is a matter of opinion.

  8. my favourite off all time is ali but the best is between sugar ray robinson and pretty boy floyd mayweather. if the pretty boy fights and beats cotto then he will b the best of all time

  9. In boxing it would have to be Muhammad Ali after him winning the title so much and he would have beaten Rocky Marciano who was the only undefeated world champion if he had not gotten sick and had to retire from boxing.

In Martial Arts it is always been Bruce Lee the way he trained and the shape he was in and he broke Chuck Norris Ribs in one of his movies just sparring with him and he was not really even trying to fight for real when that happened. In my opinion it has to be Bruce Lee being the best fighter to ever live.
