I guess Larkham from Aus and Carter from the ABs...don't know much about Europe??

Hate to admit it, but Carter is a class act.

Larkham is up there too, but he's getting on a bit nowadays.

Wilkinson (England) doesn't rank in the top 5 IMO........

Some decent Northern Hemisphere guys:  Wilko (obviously, all too easy to throw him out there even if does get injured lacing up his boots it seems like) Ronan O'Gara from Ireland and Stephen Jones from Wales are pretty decent.

Larkham on his day is still a wonderful 5/8, but Carter is something special...

Brock James (South Africa) is alright as well, although it would be nice if he used arms in his tackles...

As far as the Northern Hemisphere goes i'm afraid there's pretty much no-one that comes to mind...
