You need to define "best".  Do you mean the nicest, the one who makes the most money on the tour, the one with the best looking swing?  Most people will tell you Tiger Woods is the best overall and I can't really argue that, but someone like Walter Hagen or Bobby Jones might actually have been better - it's hard to compare between eras due to the difference in the couse conditions and equipment used.

tiger woods because the ease in the way he hits the ball and how beauitful he hits and how nice he is and he's good looking too..if i was twenty years younger he'd be toast.
