since you didnt say what heel wrestler i would have to say vickie guerrero i dont know a single person who liked vickie guerrero as a heel and the crowd would go crazy (not in a good way) when she came out they wouldnt even let her say anything and to me with everything she did she made me hate her (what heels are meant for)

like when she stripped undertaker of the belt i like went crazy and hated her even more so i would have to say vickie

but if you been wrestler than i would have to say jbl or randy orton although orton has alot of fans to start of with jbl i just hate him and other people hate him to he is not entertaining but he sure does make me mad i would always cheer for another person than jbl in any match like if there would be a khali(i cant stand him) vs jbl match i would rather  cheer for khali than jbl and when he wins i just want to punch my tv or computer depends wht im watching on

chris jericho i loved him as a heel making fun of everyone but that was the old days randy orton is the best heel or not edge orton is a very good perfromer like how he use to retain the belt by getting hisself dqed but  edge is also a very good heel marrying the boss to get the titles(sounds like hhh in real life lol) and always getting his way as the bosses husband and especially when he "banished" undertakerand same thing with orton that retains by getting dqed or cheating so its between edge and orton ut in my opnion edge is the best heel right now

EDIT: I'll put it this way... the fans love Edge as a heel. And I get that. I'm saying, if you put Edge & John "Bradshaw" Layfield in a big match together, who is going to get the bigger heel heat? It's JBL naturally. Edge would beat JBL within an inch of his life and the fans would love Edge.
