I'd have to go with Dominique Wilkins- just the sound it made after he threw the ball down.  Shaq brings rims down- but part of that has more to do with his weight...  Dominique was not only one who could glide in the air- but when he threw it down it was with authority- so i'm going with the human highlight film.
