Who is the best pool player in the whole world??? like in 9 ball.. and what country do they come from???

Of course, this is going to be subjective, but I would cast my vote for Efren Reyes of the Phillipines.  Of all the players alive today, I believe he is the best all around pool player.  Historically, I would have to go with Willie Mosconi.  M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.
