Who is the best "not-quite-Hall-of-Famer" to play in the NBA in the 80's and 90's?

You know who I'm talking about...guys who had a couple of good seasons or a consistently solid but unspectacular career. A guy like Terry Porter or Dale Ellis. Any others?
