  1. Aiden McGeady

As for the best English player, Tony Cascarino. Although he was poor for Celtic.

I was born in Scotland to one Irish, one Scottish parent who both have Irish parents, I speak in a Glasgow accent even though I have lived in Ireland and Scotland equal amounts of time both as an adult and child! Shouldn't I have the right to choose either countries ?

  2. Ray Huoghton,Tony Cascarino, hilarious when he found out his granny was adopted

  4. Have to disagree with you bluebell,if my son was to be an international football player (he not a bad wee player for a 5yr old)then he should have the choice of playing for NZ or Ireland.

Best scotsman was Ray Houghton (my mother loved him)

Best englishman was John Aldridge (played with so much passion for us, not like some scottish captain I could name).

Best Born in Ireland was Paul The Pearl of Inchicore McGrath.
