SuperMan is the Greatest PERIOD!

It has been proven that he is able to eat kryptonite, digest it and then p**p it out with no adverse reactions.  After he does this he takes batman, spiderman, the hulk, the green lantern, aquaman, wonderwoman and then takes them to the hall of justice and has his way with them.  This is because he has a painful hemorrhoid from the kryptonite that he ate earlier in the day which makes him angry.  Also his girlfriend Lois Lane is giving him problems because of PMS issues.

Indiana Jones because he's just a normal human being, he didn't come from another planet, he hasn't been bitten by a radioactive spider or otherwise been bestowed supernatural powers that the rest of us don't have, he's not rich like Batman and having a butler, the money to buy great toys, etc.

i would say goku from dragon ball z because he tries to reason with all of his enemies before he destroys them and because he not only protects the earth but the entire universe its kinda hard to beat that

Batman - I know that he isnt a real superhero(by not having superpowers) but you got to give the man credit...he's trained in like 20 martial arts, he has all those gadgets, he could work for any CSI agency in the world, he's is in top human condition, he can fly planes, escape impossible situations, and he has defeated some of the worst enemies and best superheroes in the comic book world. He doesnt have the luxury of using superpowers...so he has to use smarts in alot of fights to win. So that is why he is the best in my opinion.
