has the most talent, but I am curious about how others see it. Its obviously between Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Texas, with longshot Texas Tech.

  1. Haha k I wonder if dark eyes knows that Notre Dame is and independent school in football......and that they suck....but anyways back to your question I think oklahoma will take it but i really like missouri and texas tech even more then texas......michael crabtree is unstopable and Graham Harrell is excellent. I think kansas' defense will struggle without Talib Missouri will be super tough and may take it all but ill say even though there are 2 big 12 divisons just from the teams you listed

    1.Oklahoma 2.Texas Tech 3.Missouri 4. Texas 5. Kansas

Just my opinion who knows thats why college football beats the NFL by a long shot in my book

  2. I have no idea what richfinn.. is talking about.  Missouri has 10 defensive starters returning from a hard hitting gang that made big plays and would bend but not break. This year they won't even bend. And he says they are losing their tight ends. They lost one TE to the Cleveland Browns, but they still have the best TE in the Big 12 Chase Kauffman. Their offense has 2 potential Heisman candidates; Jeremy Maclin, and Chase Daniels.  I can't figure out why people are picking OU over MU this year.  Mizzou is the only logical choice after some inspection.

  3. Oklahoma will be tough, but Missouri will be just as good. I don't believe Kansas was a fluke, and Nebraska will be vastly improved.

  4. the best teams in order - oklahoma, missouri, texas tech, texas, colorado, kansas, oklahoma st, nebraska, texas a&m, kansas st, baylor, iowa st.

i have oklahoma v. florida in national championship game.

  5. I like Oklahoma.  Missouri is missing too much on defense and they lost their stud TEs.  Texas is still missing a few pieces

  6. Oh No no, dude Missouri is not missing too much on defense, this year defense is suppose to be even more solid as last year.

The teams that are very balanced on both sides of the ball are

Oklahoma,Texas.Kansas and Missouri. The rest of the league is pretty much all Offense and no defense. Colorado is on its way to being a balance team along with Nebraska in that hunt, thats a year or more away.

Right now I put my money on Missouri to meet with Oklahoma in the Big 12 championship, by these two not meeting in regular season gives both teams a big push for a big 12 match up hosting two unbeatens, not likley, but the cards are their for it to take place.

  7. oklahoma will win south... and mizzou will win north.  OU and Mizzou will go undefeated in the regular season and through conference play..theyll meet in the conf championship in KC and oklahoma will win and play ohio state in the national championship game

  8. Missouri returns 10 defensive starters including arguably the best safety in the NCAA with William Moore. The rest of the unit improved greatly towards the end of the season. I expect this unit will be pretty tough this season.

Also they have Chase Daniels QB, Jeremy Maclin WR/RB, Chase Coffman TE, all of whom could be All-Americans. This team will be plenty good and I think individually they match up better than Oklahoma.

While I think Missouri is the best team in the Big 12 I think Oklahoma will beat them if they play in the Big 12 title game. Bob Stoops will out coach Gary Pinkle and OU will advance to lose in a BCS game like they have for the past 3 years.

  9. ok u got it wrong kansas is not gonnna be goood this year texas tech is

i think mizzou will win the big 12

  10. 1. OU

    2. Texas Tech

    3. Texas A&M

    4. Mizzou

  11. Notre Dame all the way...baby!  They're pretty hungry after last year's butt kickin'.
