Best AL team is the Angels, Best NL team is the Cubs....But i dont see that as the World Series...i believe the Cubs will run-away with the NL and the Angels are going to struggle in the playoffs...i think they can and will lose to any of the three: Red Sox, rays or ChiSox( yes the white sox are still going to make the playoffs)

The World Series will be red sox or chi sox vs the Cubs...but the best matchup would be Angels vs. Cubs.... But either way i see the Cubs winning, the best pitching staff in the majors will prevail. Go Cubs

player by player the yankees dominate the a.l. but for how low the oakland athletics payroll is they areone of the strongest teams in the A.L

same with the mets they should dominate but the cubs do have a strong team too with strong leaders

This can only lead to a "my team is better than yours" argument. But never forget the playoffs "are a crapshoot" the best team does not always win. I am a Yankee fan & I still will say Angels in the AL sorry but they got the pitching. NL Cubs no comparison.

Angel is on a roll and you cannot really tell the real weakness. Likewise for cubs.



Sox beat Cubs in 6. I don't like Halos starting pitching in post season. I think sox should beat the Angel in second round but could be very close. No NL team can match Cubs.

I don't think Becket vs Zambrano favors Cubs. The match up for the rest of starting pitching is about even. Battle of the Aces, Josh dominates again and beat Cubs in 6.

The Angels are the best team in the AL & the Cubs are the best team in the NL but it doesn't mean they will be in the World Series either.  In recent years both team have been knocked out of the play offs but this could be the year for both teams but we will have to wait & see since every division, except AL West is still up for grabs
