I've been using Notre Dame only because you get to pick your own schedule and don't have to play the same teams every year.  Plus I'm a big Irish fan.

Well, if you're looking for teams that are the best overall, then that would be either Georgia or Ohio State (both are 99 in offense, defense, and overall).  If you're looking for a team with the best qb, then that would be Florida with Tebow.  He's unstoppable in the game.  He runs faster than most HB's and is as strong as some linemen!  That's not right!

Georgia Bulldogs and OSU Buckeyes are #1 and #2 respectively. But IMO Oklahoma Sooners are the best to use, they have an amazing offense both through the air and on the ground with Sam Bradford, DeMarco Murray and their huge O-Line.

OSU have a frightening defence if that's what you go for in a team, and OU and UGA have great offenses.
