Karch Kiraly is probably the best volleyball player of all time. He was dominant in the Olympics indoor on the 6-man team and also was dominant on the AVP Beach Volleyball tour. His all around game and abilities are second to none.

Men

Hector Soto- a very good hitter and all around player who played for IPFW. He now plays for Puerto Rico.

Amaral Dante Guimaraes (Dante)- He is an amazing hitter who plays for Brazil.



Godoy Filho Gilberto (Giba)- Has been a top player for some time. He plays for Brazil and is very good all around. Maybe best player right now.

Falasca- Setter for Spain. Very good.

Women

Souza- She is the setter for Brazil.

Carrillo- Plays for Cuba. Good hitter.

Gioli- An Italian player who is, I think, the best blocker in the world. She is very good.

I was guessing that you are talking about current players. For all time, I might say Karch.
