i would have to agree w/reggaekid.  i've heard phelps is not very good out of water - he's become so fish like that he can't walk very good.  however, that being said bolt is a sprinter and may not have the endurance to go for a tri.  you are definitely comparing apples to oranges.

I'd say Phelps. Swimmers are pretty fit all 'round. Also, Bolt is a sprinter, not an endurance runner.
