Who is the better coach? Andy Reid or Jack Del Rio?

I don't know much about Del Rio. Reid has established a good team in Philly while he has been with the Eagles organization. I'd take Reid.

They're both good, but I think Del Rio has done almost as much as Reid in less time...Also, I think Del Rio is more of a leader than Reid...

Of course its Andy Reid.  Jack Del Rio has not been a head coach as long as Reid has.  Both are incredible coaches, however Rio has not been to a super bowl or an AFC championship.  Reid has not only been to three consecutive NFC championships but nearly won the super bowl against the Patriots 4 seasons ago.  The fact is that Reid is an outstanding coach.  He has mastered the art of using different QB's.  Remember when Donovan McNabb went down a couple of seasons ago, and Jeff Garcia stepped in?  That year Reid took them to the playoffs under Garcia.  My whole point is that even though Del Rio is a great coach, Reid has been a coach longer and he has had at least one super bowl appearance.  The good thing about Del Rio is that he has his team in the playoffs every year just about, however they seem to fall short in the divisionals or first round.

I like rio over reid regardless of how many nfc championships he's won rio is fearless he cut leftwich which is something nobody expected and went with gazzard and look how much better the jags were.
