Makelele is better than the ones you have mentioned. Although he's pretty old so...............

Xabi Alonso by far! His passing, his work off the ball, his defending, his shooting (luton,Newcastle) is always a threat, even from 60 yards! he is a brilliant player, world class!

Out of those 3 I would say Alonso, but none of those guys are even close to the best.

Makelele is still the best by far.
