  1. Neil Balm

    Carl Ditterich

    Robbie Muir

    Jeff Farmer

  2. Robbie Muir's stuff was classic, Jako was also on the mark. Hall would be Modern.

    I'd Say Robbie Muir

  3. Couldnt imagine anyone being worst then barry.. is it possible?  from what i have read robbie muir must have been bad to be worst then hall.

  4. a former North Melbourne player, who has had more mad ideas and acted on them than any of the above.

    Andrew Demetriou.

  5. What about Fabulous Phil Carmen? Does anyone remember the "head butt" he laid on that idiot boundary umpire with the Hitler Complex who kept getting in his face. Mal Brown was no slouch in that dept. either.

  6. Robbie Muir by far. I still have memories of him chasing  Field Umpire Smith with a clenched fist after being reported for whacking Denis Collins (Carlton). And a beautiful punch it was, too!!!

Others were 'Rotten' Ronnie Andrews and 'Big Bad' Carl Ditterich (he went a bit crazy in his final game against Collingwood!), although they were more discreet than Robbie.

When Robbie went off, he was on another planet.

I was lucky enough to see all of the above play, and Robbie had the shortest fuse of any of them.

  7. Out of the 4 you named,  Robbie Muir, i noticed some one mentioned the 'Dennis Collins' incident, Collins was a black belt in karate, i met up with Robbie Muir about 16 years ago, he came to Melbourne for 3aw or something, he lost his suitcase, ended up staying for 4 days instead of 1 day, he was a great bloke, funny bugger, he swore to all of us that he never hit Collins, and by the footage he  has a good claim, its from the back and good of been a airy, why would He lie, no reason to. i can remember Robbie sculling the tomato sauce in the pub, then later that night he was playing my mates vacuum cleaner as a didgeridoo, funny stuff.

Funny know mentioned David Rhys Jones too, he was problem child, but always picked his mark i thought, a few got him good too, diesel Williams, Dennis banks.

Mal Brown was crazy, took on all of Carlton, dropped em left right and centre,  Neil Balme was another, seen him whack big Carl Dietrich at moorabbin in front of the members on day, it was a pearler. not to mention in Waite, Geoff southby in the famous rich/carl grand final.

  8. Mad dog Muir and you could put Tony Libratore on the list to.

Romper How could I forget about big bad Mal Brown he certainly gave them something to talk about in footy circles and he coached my team South Fremantle who had a hit man in Basil Cambell.

  9. Robbie 'mad dog' Muir..What a nutcase...

And Jacko,he was nothing but a 'whacko' wanker, never a dull moment when he was playing...

  10. all of them

  11. I can't get Mark Jackson out of my mind... how many clubs did he end up playing for? And not by choice...

  12. Robbie Muir without a doubt

  13. At the moment it's Barry Hall, but from what I can see, if Carman cost Collingwood a premiership (as someone said above), I think he's a loose cannon.

  14. Bazza he's a mental case, there is something seriously wrong in that mans head!

  15. I would say Mark Jacko Jackson, followed closely by Barry Hall...they are both thugs

  16. I'd have said Phil Carman too. Cost Collingwood a premiership for sure. You need a few loose screws to do that.

  17. Robbie Muir

  18. Robbie!

I liked early Archer as well..

    oh theres been some rebels!

  19. Barry Hall since he's a potential 'on field' loose cannon...

  20. Jacko for sure!

  21. Mad Dog Muir no question

  22. What about Brian Taylor? He was pretty nuts.

From what I've seen, Barry Hall would take the cake. Never saw this Muir fellow but he sounds pretty bad.
