I would say the Spurs but watching the Lakers play them in the playoffs is exciting. For the best boring team, I'd have to go with Clevaland. It's hard to watch them play when Lebron isn't on the floor.

Boring but best -Cavaliers. It's not LeBron's fault, it's coach's fault. The offense is so boring, and you can predict every (actually there will only be on offensive strategy in the last 12 minutes).

San Antonio was boring in 1999 and 2003. But 2005 and 2007, because of always slashing Parker, and crazy shooter in Manu made the team exciting to watch. They are boring to many fans because 1) everyone in the media says so, and 2) there are no drama queens on that team.

Exciting but worst? Definitely the Warriors. But they are hella exciting to watch. And they beat the defending western conference champ last year. But seems like they are gonna having another playoff drought coming?
