Who is the boxer on the cover of Bert Sugar's book "Boxing's Greatest Fighters" that is wearing a Crown?

I've spent at least 10 hours trying to find out who this boxer is and it's driving me nuts!!!

Wilfredo Benitez.

I don't have the book, but did a quick google search.  By the looks of the cover from the picture I seen, It looked like Benitez.

Plus, he was pinned in between Leonard and Hearns on the cover.  Both of which, he has fought.

I also typed the words: Wilfredo Benitez crown... on google images, and got a black and white picture of what seems to be the same picture on Bert Sugar's book cover.
