    From indipendence no one  chief minister of andaman and nicobar islands are elected A&N comes under union Territory


  2. Since Andaman & Nicobar Islands is a Union Territory and not State, there is no Chief Minister there.  Lt.Governor is the administrative head of this region.  The present Lt. Governor of  this region is Lieutenant General Bhopinder Singh
