Cricket South Africa’s President, Dr Mtutuzeli Nyoka, is a man for all seasons: surgeon, historian, author and sports lover. He was born in Uitenhage in the Eastern Cape in 1960, the son of a medical practitioner and a nursing sister. His family soon moved to Port Elizabeth, where he spent the formative part of his life.
