Who is the demon on Behemoth's the Apostasy Cover?

ok Pagans and Behemoth fans I need a bit of help

I am trying to find out who is the deity or demon on the cover of Behemoth's latest album of the Apostasy

He has 8 arms, 6 are holding scythes, a head in one hand and a bowl in the last one. He may or may not be wearing a mask (i noticed the vocalist for behemoth has a mask very similar to that of the being on the cover and i dont know if it's a replica or if the mask is supposed to show his face)

As far as I know it is just musical cover art.  It is not a real legend, just the product of someones imagination.   If you go to source below it will tell you.
