There are many running disciplines to choose from - 60m, 100m, 200m, marathon.... and each is divided into age categories. Give us a clue which you want to know.

Oh, also do you mean over the race distance or fastest top speed? I can run at over 12mph however I cant do that over a race distance (my races - 10k and higher) so my peak speed is high, race speed is slower
