Who is the female on the euro penny?

Question

I work at a retail store in Michigan, and recently found a 1 cent piece euro penny. It is a 2007 Euro penny, and on one side it has a globe, with Euro 1 cent on it, and on the flip side, a female. Who is the female on the other side of the penny?

On her side it has a PF or a PJ, can't tell. Thanks in adavance from a curious finder.

There are only two national faces with a female picture : France and Netherland. The netherland is a protrait of Queen Beatrix. The portrait is surrounded by the words "'BEATRIX KONINGIN DER NEDERLANDEN'". The French back is a mask like face. The french coin has a face of a "young Mariane" a traditional coinage figure that dates back to the revolution.

France has Marianne, The Netherlands has Queen Beatrix
