I am thinking Walter Johnson. - 417-279 2.79 ERA, 3,509 strikeouts, HALL OF FAME, 531 CG's, 5,914 IP.

Any better?

  1. Frank Viola, no question

  2. Well, for a guy who played both for the Senators and the Twins, I'd say Camillo Pascual.

  3. Senators Walter Johnson  Twins Johann Santana

  4. I believe Brad Radke is the best Twins pitcher ever

  5. Senators - The Big Train

    Twins - Jim Kaat

  6. If you are counting the old Washington senators as part of that franchise, then since Johnson is about the best in history, it makes sense that he is the best of that franchise.

  7. Johnson, easily and by several miles.

  8. this isnt a question

you could make a case that Johnson is the best ever

not saying he is.....but you could argue it

  9. I agree with you.

  10. Of course none better than Walter Johnson, you have already described why he is the best. I think in the modern era Frank Viola has to be up there as well as Jack Morris although he was there for a short period of time. Then of course came Johan Santana.

  11. Frankie "Sweet Music" Viola  lead Twins to a world series championship!!
