Who is the greatest wrestling villain?

I am not saying heel, because I don't want to include guys like Santino Marella who I don't consider a villain. I mean somebody who if wrestling was written into a movie or a book, would be best to portray as the most evil formidable villain there was.

My pick is Raven, but I want to hear other ideas.

Id say Edge becuz there is soo many sides to him. He can be nice like weve seen, he can be dirty like weve seen aswell, and he can be Psycho like weve also seen. Have you ever wondered why he kept the phrase "You Think You Know Me" in his song well i know why becuz he keeps switching so u really cant know him. Hes unpridictable. He can be nice and kill you, he can be dirty and kill you by being sneaky, or he can be totally psycho and kill you. :)
