Kate Bush's 2005 release, "King of the Mountain", connects Elvis Presley's death to the King of the Mountain motif while Jeep calls itself "King of the Mountain".  The King of the Mountain--or the King in the Mountain--is a prominent theme in folklore and mythology, including the widely-read, anthologized tales of the Brothers Grimm.  Common to this theme is the presence of a hero who remains unnoticed until the unsuspecting hero wanders into a chance encounter with him.  Folktales have labeled everyone from King Arthur and Charlemagne to Montezuma as King of the Mountain.  Most notably, as part of popular culture, J. R. R. Tolkien and "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" have effectively used this motif.
