manny should be on top. the rest of the guys after him should be next accordingly. mayweather shouldn't have been on the ratings.

what are they rating him for anyway? cause he ducks faster? cause he runs away more effectively than anybody else (if there's anybody else who do that), or cause he hugs sweeter than your first love?

i'm at a loss there really.

Floyd Mayweather, Jr. is actually not retired.  Don't ever listen to a fighter who is at the top of his game when he tells you that he is going to retire.  He is going to fight a rematch with Oscar De La Hoya in September as long as De La Hoya gets by Steve Forbes in May.  I would still rank Floyd as the number 1 pound for pound fighter in the world, but I have Pacquiao as number 2.

victornola- he's rated number 1 because he's beaten the best throughout his career and is a 5 division titleholder, he is coming off two of the biggest victories of his career against Oscar De La Hoya and Ricky Hatton, and he was the fighter of the year last year.  Pacquiao has not even really looked all that special recently compared to when he stopped Marco Antonio Barrera in their first fight.  He is still a great fighter, but I believe that with his fame, he has lost a little bit of that tenacity that he used to have.  Floyd's accomplishments outdo Pacquiao's any day of the week.
