The NBA minimum salary is determined by the number of years a player has been in the league.  So unless you were a 1st round pick, most rookies or undrafted players playing for the 1st time in the NBA receive the same amount.  Last year it was $427,163.

I think the 60th pick goes to Europe and paid even more than some NBA players get. All the minimum wage players are the least paid players in the NBA.

most likely a player who is on a 10 day contract.  The 60th pick in the NBA draft is not guaranteed a roster spot and may not make the team in training camp.
