Who is the man in the ITV advert for Soccer Aid 2008?

ITV are showing an advert for soccer aid, in which a man starts in a suit and undresses to his England football kit while doing football tricks and I'm sure I know i've seen this man before but cannot place him any idea?

I think it's Billy Wingrove - who was also in the Hair Gel advert

He's a freestyle footballer

Im not 100% but I am having the same argument with my boyfriend, I think it is Michael Owen and he said it isnt.  Can anyone confirm that it is Michael Owen??????
