The Joker was good in TDK...

But i would say that Darth Vader is the best.

Anton Shigar (i forget how to spell, but its pronounced "she-garr"") from No Country For Old Men.

The big mean grasshopper in A Bugs Life is pretty hard core for a family movie.

And the evil wheel in Wall-E  was very unique and cool.

So theres a few :P My Personal fav is Darth Vader though.
