From your list, it's absolutely Ruiz.  You can't really blame him after what Tua did to him.  But the dude is a world class mug and hugger.  

From what I understand, that last hook Tua landed permanently altered the way he wants to fight.  If any of us took that shot, we'd probably be working as a librarian or somewhere else ultra safe.

I hate to say the #1  pound for pound boxer is a boring boxer.

My examples are

Mayweather vs De La Hoya

Mayweather vs Baldomir(Fans leaving the fight before it was over, including Tiger Woods)

I won't say that he is the most boring boxer in the past 8 years, but he is not on the top list of exciting boxers either(Not even Close).

I would say Naseem Hamed is probably the most boring boxer.

His fight against Soto was a disgrace
