I wouldn't say that I am disappointed in Tony as much as I would say that I am disappointed for him. I really thought he was going to get a win today.

i think that would be villaneuve, he didn't make it 1/4 of the year. too bad too, i kind of liked him.

as for those still left, i keep hoping my boy kurt will catch some luck. he needs to pick it up fast and run hard if he's going to have ANY chance at the chase this year...

I think Jeff Gordon.  I think he is disappointing not because of him (his driving), but because he is having problems with (getting use to) the COT and the packages that they are running in his car.

MHO Elliot Sadler is disappointing me this year! He is just having some really s*itty luck and it is pissing me off!! Yesterday he did amazing, then the stupid tire blew, knocked him from the top 5 to 14th grrr!! I hope things change for him soon!! It sucked to see how upset he was when he was walking away from his car, especially when he knew he coulda had that top 5! :(

Hmmmm.. Let me think about this... Kurt Busch? Robby Gordon? Casey Mears? There are alot of guys that usually do well that just havent done so great this year. Some drivers that won a bunch last year have yet to win a race, so I think it just depends on what your comparing it too.

Earnhardt! From the time he announced his sellout to Slimeball Racing- I mean Hendrick- people acted like he'd win half the races this year and have the championship sown up by now. Well guess what people, he's been what they call in Texas "All hat and no cattle"

Patrick Carpantier and Dario Franchiti are about equally dissapointing with all the hype about them coming to the world of stock car racing.

I've been disappointed in Jeff Gordon. They don't seem to be able to give him good cars. My hope is that he will kick into high gear when the Chase starts. As we saw from last year, you can be hot early, but loose the championship in the last 10 races.

A tie between J. Gordon and Stewart. Many of the "experts" had either one of them as the title favorites at the beginning of the year. Now there's the possiblility that neither may win in '08. That may drop Stewart's stock if he indeed leaves Gibbs at the end of this year. It doesn't help Gordon either, especially if the 2010 retirement rumors are true.

I'd say Kurt Busch. Look at the year he has had. Best finish was 2nd to his teammate at Daytona. He wrecked today too.

He's doing real bad and my opinon.

he has just been going downhill lately, he puts up good numbers sometimes but what happened to all that dominance he had 2-3 years ago.
