Not in character, but in real life. Who is the most deceitful, kniving, untrustworthy snake in the history of the industry and why?

Hulk Hogan.

His countless uses and abuses of his 100% total creative control (given to him by Vince) throughout his WWF days to keep his "spot" are well known. He abandoned the company (WWF) and the workers he owed a debt of favors to including Macho Man, Ricky Steamboat, Shawn Michaels, and Bret Hart. These were men who, by agreement with both McMahon & Hogan, allowed Hogan to "go over" in one match and/or win the belt and then was supposed to return the favor by either drop the belt to them or allowing them the next victory. At any of these times when the story was to be planned Hogan would conveniently take a vacation or claim and injury or just quit the company altogether. Hogan buried talent in the exact same was in WCW and TNA as well. He wouldn't work unless he was given total control of his character, refused to put workers over, and had to be guaranteed a title run. He dominated WCW by being put in every major storyline, consumed all of the available TV time with his NWO, and barely ever wrestled. On his most recent run with the WWE he only wanted to work a scheduled 8-12 appearances all year long and be the highest paid wrestler in the company which would have been over 2 million dollars for the year.

In unrelated wrestling matters Hogan cheated on his wife, cursed a kid who was in a coma because of his son's drunk drivng and speeding saying "he got what he deserved", and is just an all around selfish person who's only concerned with his well-being professionaly and personally.

I've heard so many horror stories about both Mil Mascaras and Vampiro.  Both are very full of themselves, and both aren't above telling lies about you behind your back to get you in trouble or trying to make you look bad in the ring.

I also consider both to be vastly overrated and almost void of talent.  I've seen Vampiro have his good nights, but I've seen more bad than good.

I would say every wrestling promoter out there. I've even heard stories of Vince McMahon himself being a snake in the grass sometimes and s******g guys over and not keeping promises. So I would say pretty much every booker and promoter.
