After reviewing the different policies for the Democrats I would suggest that Obama is more cleaner than Clinton.  Clinton would by have a 55 gallon standard by 2030. Obama is to mandate that all new cars will be flex-fuel (able to run on gad or other fuels).  He will mandate by 2025 that 25% of our energy will be from renewable energies.  He will invest 150 billion dollars in the next 10 years in clean energy.  There are other comparisons. Clinton and Obama are similar in the sense that they will have plans over the next 20 years to combat the issue, however, either or they are both pretty good, I think Obama has a better deal.
