If you mean that they play for the argentinean league, i have to say Diego Buonanotte, he's 20 and already hes wanted to play in europe (juventus and napoli want him) and he plays in River Plate

But if you mean the most exciting young argentinean player, its Lionel Messi, he plays for Barcelona and is one of the best players in the world
