Lefties made fun of him because he made sense, was a strong leader and was effective at creating positive change.  They had to smear him to hurt his public image because any honest discussion of his accomplishments would have created good 'feelings' about the Republican.  Lefties are all about manipulating your 'feelings' about things.

They created TV shows to mock him (one with puppets), endless cartoons, endless sneering.

Hey, do you think it would be okay to make TV shows to mock Obama if he becomes Prez?  Not.  The viciousness and retaliations from the left would be astronomical.

Probably George W Bush because at times he appears dumb, but did you know he has an I.Q. of 125 which is pretty good. David Letterman is always making fun of him but David Letterman stutters and stammers so much it takes half of his show time. David Letterman's stuttering and stammering makes George W Bush look like an eloquent speaker By the way Jimmy Carter was the most ignorant president we ever had.
