lil wienies a joke. if you're between the ages of 13 to 22 you probably think lil wienies the best thing since poke mon. He is one of those super rich spoiled types who is constantly surrounded by "help" which agree with everything he says. Just because someone sells allot of albums to the 13 to 22 year old's, doesn't make that person the greatest rapper alive. It makes him the one man boy band of hiphop. lil greezy only proves that you don't have to be a bad-boy, tough guy to have tattoos, you simply have to afford them.Didn't he shoot himself? That's gangster!

I'd say Soulja Boy but isn't this question "who is the most overrated RAPPER ever?", I don't think of that little ****** as a rapper, he curses and says the "N" word but his lyrics dont rhyme and songs dont mean anything. In a way I'm glad Biggie and Pac ain't alive to witness what they help build is being torn down by a 17 year old kid from the durty south.

To answer the question, Lil Wayne primarily. He's had a great year but only because he brought out his album when nobody else did so No.1 was his by default. If he had brought it out now with the likes of LAX, Raw Footage, Recession and Untitled, he'd have a whole different ego.

no hate, Lil' Wayne. His rhymes are mediocre. Only a few songs in 7 albums that I can say he really went in. Mixtape-wise last one to impress me was Dedication 2. Da Drought 3 is as overrated as he is as an emcee.
