This is an easy one...Karch has by far the biggest resume.  Now if you are talking other positions like setter, Dusty Dvorak.....would be number two for me.

You didn't say if you need him to be playing currently, but I think the most famous VB player was Karch Karilly (not sure if I spelled that right) from the USA.
