According to me, it's none other than Gautam Gambhir. He is truly talented, which can be well understood by the way in which he is playing at present, in a situation, where, even the most experienced players are repeatedly failing. (Not meant to offend them however).

And also it would be unfair if I don't name Ajantha Mendis. He has just began is career, and is already doing one wonder after another. Surely, he has a tremendous potential, and if that is utilized properly, the day isn't  far when he would be named alongwith the greatest spin legends of the world like Warne and Muralitharan.

He has potential to rule cricket one day. He has 9 diffent deliviries, he can spin the ball both ways, he has a good temperament and decent accuracy for a youngster

I don't know much about other teams but there seem to be plenty of future stars available for India.

Virat Kohli, Pradeep Sangwan, Ravindra jadeja, Piyush Chawla (already a proven good leggie), Abhishek Nayyar etc are a few names that come to my mind when I read ur Q.

I am sure, other teams too must be having a long list of promising youngsters!!!
