Who is the most reliable auto insurance company{if that is possible}?

In your experience and personal dealings as the insured or victim in an accident. Which insurance company kept their word/promise, and delivered what they claim in their advertisements.

I was planning to go with Progressvie, but they got terrible reveiws from their customers and non customers. I felt bad for those who are not insured by them. Progressive gave them the run around and refused to anti up.

I have worked for Progressive as well as other companies and I can tell you progressive is as professional as they come.   I have moved on to handling claims at another company now but I have never stopped being insured by progressive b/c I have faith that they will treat me best if im involved in an accident.

You probably heard one side of the story... remember there is always another side.

Basically, all insurance companies want to keep their money - that is, your premiums.  

Adjusters are out to save their company money, otherwise, they'd soon be looking for a new career.

I'd personally go with one of the bigger companies.  But is one better over another?  I don't know if anyone can answer that.  I've had decent experiences and terrible ones, with the same insurance company.  To me, it depends on the adjuster handling the case.
