  1. Define underrated. If you mean a team the will exceed expectations this year you have to count out the Browns as being underrated as people are high on them.

I am going to say the Steelers because they are already being sold down the river because of their schedule and because the Browns played well last year

  2. the giants are underrated i mean look at the teams in the playoffs they had to go through they lost tiki and they still won it all now we lose strahan he is big to our team but if you watched their starters play the browns. tuck did a good job. he held anderson still so osi can be osi and derek anderson gets a concussion on the hit and at the end of the first quarter it was 30 to 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. I gotta say the Houston Texans.

First of all, the defense is way better than people give them credit for. Mario Williams has finally justified his number 1 pick status. And I honestly think that he will be a beast this year. DeMeco Ryans is already and all-star. And they got this other young guy on the D-Line Amobi Okoye who is freakishly fast.

Second, if Matt Shaub and Andre Johnson can both stay healthy, they will be a force to be wreckoned with. They just need to strengthen up their offensive line in order to be relevant in that division.

  4. the 49ers. they have been building so long that everybody should really take a look at the immense talent they have on this team. they have it on both sides of the ball. they have to much depth and quality good players and not a lot of people see it. they are a huge team on both sides of the ball. they are going to do real well this year.

  5. Steelers.  They won the Super Bowl back in 2006 and still have alot of the same players.  Also they drafted a good running back to split the carries with Willie Parker in Mendenhall.

  6. the seahawks

crapy division, lots of talent, but still no love

  7. I'm looking forward to the Houston Texans increasing their wins!  If they continue looking good...they are progressing, they will make the playoffs this year.  Unfortunately, they are in a tough Division and it will take some poor performances from the Colts, Titans and Jags (who are all expected to win at least 10 games) to help the Texans out a bit!

  8. The Titans. They made the playoffs last year and there are predictions out there that they will finish last in their division.  They are going to be better than what the so called experts think. Just because Vince Young doesnt put up the numbers like a Tom Brady or Peyton Manning doesnt mean he doesnt know how to win games. Also watch out for Chris Johnson this year, he will prove the doubters wrong this year. Once he gets in the secondary, he is gone. The running game and good defense is whats going to win games for them this year.

  9. Well, really there are two underrated teams in the NFL, those being the Jaguars and the Steelers, but out of the two, I will say the Jaguars.  Many seem not to notice how the Jaguars come close to the Colts in the division each year.  The Jags have proven to be a super bowl calibur team, but the problem is they are overshadowed by the Colts and the Patriots.  Those are the main teams that stand in their way.  Many even notice the Chargers before the Jaguars.  When you look at what Jack Del Rio has done to the team since taking over, he has turned that team around from being a team that was average and self destructed under the pressure of Tom Coughlin to a confident team that can win regular season games and show up in the playoffs.  They actually advanced to the divisional round last season but were stopped by the Patriots.  The Jaguars defense is very underrated because they have large line backers, they can stop the run and even force turnovers.  Their offense is rising with David Garrard at the helm and I think they will have another 12-4 season.  The Jaguars are a team many don't name amongst the super bowl contenders but when you look at what they have done I see a team ready to take on the Patriots and possibly have success.

  10. the lions right now

  11. big blue baby we won the superbowl and everyone says it was luck we are picked to finish last in our division come on now we beat

garcia(giant slayer),romo(everyone says hes 3rd best),favre(in lambau in minus 15 degrees),brady(the best qb of all time some say) everybody better watchout cause were going back this year i predict a manning will win the superbowl mvp because they will both be in it you heard it here first kids GIANTS 34 COLTS 27

for all you boy lovers lets see how you guys feel about your qb romo  when he folds in crunch time again and again and again

    iggitty giggitty goo alright

  12. The Eagles. They got no credit for their 2005 Super Bowl run.

  13. I gotta go with either the texans or the bills, im looking to both of them having good seasons, and the eagles arent underrated a lot of people are putting them 1st or 2nd in the nfc east.

  14. The Denver Broncos...

  15. NYG everyone thinks there not going to even get to playoffs

everyone is going to be in for a suprise!

  16. All things considered...the GIANTS!!!

  17. I think the Bills are underrated.. they're gonna pull a few upsets this year and maybe get a wildcard spot.

    Chargers all the way!

  18. Vikes

  19. I would have to say the Washington Redskins. This is a team that made the playoffs last season. They return the majority of their starters and are picked to finish last in their division by most of the so called "experts".

  20. Good question.  Ultimately, we will have to wait and see at the end of the season.  To speculate, I would have to say either the Lions (their defense is getting better and their division is not as strong as it was last year) OR the 49'rs.  They seem to have been doing a lot to fill their holes.  The entire AFC, however, seems to be slightly overrated (except, of course, the J-E-T-S and Miami).

  21. saints

  22. the saints

  23. This year, I'd go with the Browns.  THey won 10 games last year and they will push for a playoff berth and run this year.

  24. Probably the Texans.  They are really doing better.  I also think the Packers aren't getting enough credit without Favre.  Oh, and the Cowboys are WAY overrated!
