I mean as far as talent goes. You know, that guy that struggles to hit .250 year in and year out, or has little to no fielding skills/speed or power yet still sits in the majors quite a bit.

  1. Well theres specifically one guy that I have always said that to myself and thats steve trachsel.  It just amazes me.  5+ ERA year in, year out.  He joins a new ball club year in, year out.  Doesnt even have a big strikeout rate.  Dont know what ppl see in him.

Another guy i actually have in mind is Sal Fasano.  Never had a great career yet, hes on his like 13 season now.

  2. Kip Wells!!

    * I think he just signed with another ball club recently too. Fat 45 yr old lefty..

  3. Randy Johnson, it blows me away that at almost 46, the guy can still throw in the 90s

  4. The first base umpire of tonight's Rays-Angels game. I can't believe anyone could be that retarded and still be an umpire.

  5. Corey Patterson

His batting average so far this year is .197

  6. Moises Alou, hands down. I think he is currently hurt...again...but seriously, when is he going to call it a career?

Another name that comes to mind is Jason Kendall. Give it up.

  7. guillermo mota, the reason why the mets collapsed (along with tom glavine)

and has also completely messed up a load of games for the brewers

  8. Dustin Nippert of the Texas Rangers. He has pitched 15 games this year, and has given up at least one run in 11 of them.

  9. julio franco, jamie moyer kinda

  10. jamie moyer

and Tom Glavine who in his entire career had not been on the

d.l until this season! that's pretty neat for a 40 yr old

  11. The entire Washington Nationals major league roster

  12. Corey Patterson. Here's a guy who has *NEVER* hit above .300, despite being a career leadoff man, and struggles to hit .250 constantly. He's barely in the top TWENTY on his team in On-Base Percentage (behind Bronson Arroyo, a pitcher), and has been caught a third of the times he's tried to steal a base.  In addition, he seldom gets doubles or triples.

The Reds bat him in the seven spot now, when they do bat him, apparently having learned the lesson the Cubs and Orioles were also slow to learn: This is the worst leadoff hitter in baseball (with the possible exception of Michael Bourn, who's significantly younger and at least has 33 SB to 8 CS).

  13. Todd Coffey Reds "Pitcher"

    Corey Patterson Reds Outfielder

    Paul Bako Reds Catcher

    Dusty Baker Reds Manager

    d**k Pole Reds Pitching Coach

    Mike Lincoln Reds Pitcher

  14. Greg Zaun. He cant hit and hes not a great fielder and yet hes still in the Majors.

  15. Doug Jones. I don't get it.
