At the risk of distracting from the pressing national security issues of Palin's children, I figured I'd ask a question about the people that attacked us on September 11th...

  1. Obama is the one who has pushed to get our troops there instead of Iraq....McCain has called Afghanistan a success.

  2. It depends on your viewpoint.  The Al Qaeda threat is a result of blowback.  They are the direct result of our foreign policy in the middle east.

From that perspective McCain is the bigger risk for bringing increased attacks.

Read the report from the 9/11 commission. Al Qaeda did not attack Switzerland, Sweden, Canada, Mexica, Argentina, Columbia, China, etc.  They attacked those who provoked them.  Belligerent foreign policy is the real cause of terrorist attacks.

  3. Not sure who you are referring to. But I like Obama's position that we should violate a country's borders to take out OBL, even if it is Pakistan. I'm not sure where McCain means by the "gates of h**l."

  4. Obama, of course.

He would send troops to where al Qaeda is...McCain prefers to leave them where al Qaeda isn't (for up to a hundred years, as I understand...).
