Tough question, I have been searching for 45 minutes on the web and couldn't find a whisper of whoever it is.

Mal Brown wore 100 whilst playing for East Perth in the WAFL, but I dont think he used it in his VFL career with Richmond. He may have worn it in his infamous Australian Championship game (East Perth v Carlton) in 1972 when he punched out a heap of Blues when he thought Carlton were 'targeting' his players (Brown was captain-coach).
