Who is the person that keeps posting OFF Topic & Nonsense Questions?

Who is the person that keeps posting nonsense and off topic questions here in the Astronomy topic. His (her) name is always something like:

Ralph R Ben J Peter L Ron P Ronda K and so forth-- never has an avatar-- and only a few postings listed for that name in his profile-- sometimes posts the exact same question using different "user" names within a few minutes of each other. ???? Who is this person! and HOW do we get them to STOP!

Just report each question. I've just reported the "What would you do" question as "Misusing Answers" and now it's been deleted. I don't know if YA will close an account after a certain number of violations, but I'll continue to report off-topic questions and maybe the person concerned will get fed up with seeing all their questions deleted.

There are a lot of kids using YA and they dont pay attention to what category that they post in.  

Report them or ignore them.

Dont egg them on by complaining about them in ranting "questions" like this.  That will just make them post more garbage.
