Who is the "Black Republican PAC"?

Their commercial blasting Obama lists a deadend website that only has a picture of the Lincoln Memorial and a request for contributions, but does not tell who they are. Does anyone know who they are? Can you give the name of an actual person affiliated with this "organization"?
