Who is the red tornado from dc comics?

he looks awsome, i want to know more about him but i need to know some basics about him. can someone please tell me alittle about him. no wikipedia links please.

Red Tornado is an android originally created to infiltrate the JLA. He turned good and is a good guy in the DC universe now. He acted as kind of a mentor to Young Justice (Superboy, Impulse, and Robin). He has tornado blasts that are very powerful and can render himself invisible.
