Definitely Ryan Lochte. Everyone is on Phelps' side just because he won 8 golds...I'll go for the underdog and say that Ryan is not only hotter, but he's really improving on his swimming, too. Watch out for him in 2012. Plus, he has better hair and cuter dimples :)
